Download Throughput
The rate at which data travels from edge nodes to your device. 25 Mbps is sufficient for 4K video, while 100–200 Mbps accommodates multi-device households.
Upload Bandwidth
Crucial for Zoom calls and cloud backups. Legacy cable plans heavily restrict upload (10–35 Mbps), creating severe bottlenecks during simultaneous remote work.
Idle Latency (Ping)
